Hi there! I'm Christine Fontaine, a wellness guide who believes in the power of ancient healing practices to help stay healthy and balanced. I'm here to show you how to listen to your body, recognize when things are off, and learn how to bring yourself back into balance naturally. Our mission at the Yoga Brunch club is to create a nurturing and inclusive space where individuals can embark on their yoga journey in the familiar surroundings of their own homes. By offering a sanctuary free from the constraints of traditional studios, we aim to facilitate meaningful connections among friends and family through in-person yoga sessions and curated events. Our ultimate goal is to inspire joy, connection, and personal growth through the practice of yoga in a relaxed and inclusive environment.
